How long are appointments?

• New patient appointments can range from 30 minutes - 1 hour. A thorough patient history and assessment is conducted to establish the best plan of care for the patient. Providers have the right to delay care for further assessment such as imaging, or primary care provider referrals.

• Regular chiropractic appointments can range from 15 - 30 minutes. These appointments will include your initial adjustment as well as e-stim/heat therapies and possibly physical therapy if your provider sees fit.

• Specialty appointments such as decompression, may last up to 30 minutes.

What are my payment options?

• Credit and debit are currently accepted for “cash” payments.

• Dr. Thompson currently accepts: United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

• Patients must give 24 hours notice for unexpected cancellation or may be subject to a $35 penalty charge.
